Delivery

We deliver across the Sultanate of Oman, bringing your kitchen, building materials and appliances safely to your door. Here is everything you need to know about how and when your order arrives.

Where we deliver

We deliver to all governorates of Oman, including Muscat, Dhofar (Salalah), Al Batinah (Sohar), Ad Dakhiliyah, Ash Sharqiyah, Al Buraimi, Ad Dhahirah, Musandam and Al Wusta. Delivery to remote areas may take a little longer.

Delivery times

Muscat and nearby areas: typically 1–3 working days.
Other governorates: typically 3–7 working days.
Large, bulky or made-to-order items (such as modular kitchens): scheduled with you, as lead times vary.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges depend on your location, order size and weight, and are always shown at checkout before you pay. Promotional free-delivery thresholds, where available, will be displayed at checkout.

Large items and installation

Heavy or oversized items such as cabinets, countertops and major appliances are delivered by specialist handlers and scheduled in advance. Where installation is offered, it will be noted on the product page or arranged separately.

Tracking your delivery

Once your order ships, you can follow its progress from your account under Orders. You will also receive updates by email. See our Track Order page for step-by-step guidance.

If delivery fails

Please make sure someone is available to receive the order and that the delivery address and contact number are correct. If we cannot complete delivery, our team will contact you to reschedule.
