These Terms & Conditions govern your use of BaytCart and any purchase you make from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About these terms
BaytCart is operated by BaytCart, operated by Tech Serenity, in the Sultanate of Oman. These terms form a binding agreement between you and us. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3. Products and availability
We aim to display products, descriptions, images and stock accurately. Slight variations in colour, finish or dimensions may occur, and availability is not guaranteed. We may correct errors, update information or discontinue products at any time.
4. Marketplace and third-party sellers
Some products are sold by third-party sellers through our platform. Where this is the case, the seller is responsible for the product and its fulfilment, while we facilitate the order, payment and support. The seller's stated policies may apply in addition to these terms.
5. Pricing and currency
All prices are shown in Omani Rial (OMR) and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of applicable taxes. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay. We reserve the right to change prices, but changes will not affect orders we have already confirmed.
6. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not constitute acceptance. The contract is formed when we confirm dispatch of your items. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, due to stock, pricing errors or suspected fraud — and will refund any amount already paid.
7. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including secure card payment and, where available, cash on delivery. By submitting a payment, you confirm you are authorised to use the chosen method. See our Payment page for full details.
8. Delivery
We deliver across the Sultanate of Oman. Delivery times are estimates and may vary for large or made-to-order items. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. See our Delivery page for areas, times and charges.
9. Returns, cancellations and refunds
Returns are set by the seller of each product and are shown on the product page, subject to our Returns Policy. Custom-made products such as modular kitchens and cabinets cannot be returned, and building materials are generally non-returnable unless the seller states otherwise. Damaged or faulty items are covered in line with your consumer rights in Oman. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
10. Warranties
Products may carry a manufacturer's or seller's warranty, the terms of which apply to defects covered by that warranty. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights under the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
12. Intellectual property
All content on BaytCart, including logos, text, images and design, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Oman. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue directly.
