Track Order
You can follow your order every step of the way, from confirmation to delivery. Here is how to check where your order is.
Track from your account
- Sign in to your account.
- Go to Orders to see all your purchases.
- Open an order to view its current status and delivery updates.
Order statuses explained
- Confirmed — we have received your order and payment.
- Processing — your items are being prepared for dispatch.
- Shipped — your order is on its way; tracking details are shown where available.
- Delivered — your order has arrived.
Email updates
We also send order updates to the email address on your account, so keep an eye on your inbox (and spam folder) for confirmation and dispatch notifications.
